Meet in the Blair Audubon Center at Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary 20 minutes before the program start time to walk out with the group to the amphitheater on the boardwalk where the program will begin at 9:00 a.m.

Inspired by Shinrin yoku, Japanese forest bathing refers to the practice of immersing all of your senses in the healing forest to reduce stress hormones, improve mood and sleep quality, and increase immune function. Connect with the forest and listen to the sounds around you: singing birds, wind through the trees, quiet. Breathe in clean, fragrant air and soak in the sights of the textured tree trunks and the shapes of branches and leaves. This is a sensory experience.
Please Bring: A yoga mat or something dry and cushioned to sit on, and water.
