A guided boardwalk tour in Corkscrew's ancient bald cypress forest, the world's largest remaining old growth bald cypress forest.
We have opened the Sanctuary with reduced hours of operation for members as we monitor the spread of COVID-19 in Collier County and the world. We are committed to protecting our visitors, volunteers, and staff from the novel coronavirus, and because our boardwalk is less than six feet wide, we must maintain a low visitation rate to prevent crowding. Registration is required.
Community science programs engage people from the general public as volunteers in scientific research projects through the collection of ecologic information.
Private groups wanting a more in-depth guided experience can take advantage of our trained and knowledgeable naturalists.
