Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary Announces Member Lecture Series

Monthly lectures are free for current members.

The Corkscrew Member Lecture Series continues the first Friday of each month beginning December 2023 through March 2024. These free, hour-long presentations are offered at 11 a.m. and cover a variety of conservation topics including landscaping for birds, new discoveries from trail cameras, and more!

The lecture topics and presenters include: 

Dec. 1 | Land Stewardship: Beyond the Boardwalk, Allyson Webb, Senior Resource Manager 

Jan. 5 | Landscaping for Birds, Sally Stein, Director of Public Programs 

Feb. 2  | Needles in a Haystack: Migratory Birds at the Sanctuary, Renee Wilson, Senior Communications Coordinator for Audubon Florida 

March 1 | Discoveries from Corkscrew's Trail Cameras, Alex Meinders, Research Technician
