Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary Announces Members-Only Lecture Series

Monthly lectures are free for active members.

Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary is offering a new series of lectures for active members. Held on the second Friday of every month from December through April 2023, these hour-long lectures invite members to network and learn about environmental topics from Audubon staff.

Lectures are held from 11 a.m. to noon and will cover topics including South Florida wetlands, prescribed fire, climate change solutions, and more!

Dec. 9 | Allyson Webb, Prescribed Fire

Jan. 13 | Renee Wilson, Climate Change Solutions

Feb. 10 | Shawn Clem, PhD, South Florida Wetlands

March 10 | Debbie Lotter and Sally Stein, Reptiles in Your Community

April 14 | Brad Cornell, Southwest Florida Policy (topic t.b.d.)
