Painted Bunting and other Migratory Birds Are Returning to Corkscrew
The 'snow birds' are returning to Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary.
The daily bird count is recording around 40 species as the migratory and wading birds are returning to Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary along with the local birds that are here all year round.
When you arrive at Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary, check the Corkscrew Daily Observations Listing, which is located in the Blair Audubon Visitor Center along the window by the birdfeeders. These lists record what birds, butterflies, mammals, reptiles, and amphibians are seen by Corkscrew's Boardwalk Naturalists daily on the Corkscrew Boardwalk.
