Jason has worked in the conservation field for over 25 years, with 19 of them focused on protecting the natural resources of Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary. His extensive expertise includes land management and restoration, conservation science and research, and wetland protection.

Heather has a business degree and extensive training in tax and estate planning. For 15 years she has been supporting generous donors in achieving their philanthropic goals using charitable planned giving techniques.

West has broad investment management leadership experience, most recently serving as senior managing director of Northern Trust Wealth Management. He is the chairman of the Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary

Preston brings more than 20 years of experience in private law practice and holistic wealth management, with particular emphasis on working with multi-generational families. In this role, he advises high-net-worth families, senior executives, closely held business owners, foundations and endowments across their banking, investing, philanthropic and estate planning needs. Preston serves on many boards including the Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary Sustainability Board.
