Hours of Operation
Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary's boardwalk is open daily from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. with the last admission at 1:15 p.m.
ALL VISITORS MUST PRE-REGISTER.
All visitors must be off the boardwalk before the closing time unless a special program is being conducted by the Corkscrew staff. We occasionally offer "Corkscrew After Hours". This is the only time that we allow visitors on the boardwalk after dark. This regulation was established to minimize the impact on wading birds that roost or nest near the boardwalk. Check our programs page for details about available public programs.
This applies each month of the year. Vehicles found in the parking area after the closing time may be towed at the owner's expense.
Please leave your pets at home where they are comfortable. For everyone's safety, we allow only service animals on the boardwalk.

Blair Audubon Visitor Center
State of the art, environmentally friendly, and solar powered, the Blair Audubon Visitor Center welcomes over 100,000 visitors annually. In order to protect the health and well-being of our staff, volunteers and visitors and to help stop the spread of COVID-19, we are closing the Blair Audubon Center, boardwalk, trails, and outdoor areas from Monday, March 16 through Monday, March 30. We will continue to monitor the situation with direction from the State of Florida.
